Everything on this site — the white papers, the insights, the capability and service pages — is published for general information. It is not professional, legal, financial, or engineering advice, and it is not a substitute for advice on your own project.
No advisory, consulting, or client relationship is created by reading this site, downloading anything from it, submitting the contact form, or corresponding with us about a possible engagement. A relationship with PRASOON begins only under a signed written agreement that says so.
Construction and development decisions turn on facts specific to a site, a contract, a jurisdiction, and a moment in time. Do not act on anything here without advice on your actual circumstances.
Where we cite third-party research, we record the source, the edition, and the scope of each figure before publishing, and we name the source in the text so you can go to the original. We do not warrant the accuracy of third-party research, and figures may be superseded when new editions are published.
Any dashboard, trace, table, or scenario shown on this site as a demonstration uses illustrative data and is labelled as such. It does not describe a real project or a real client, and no figure in it should be read as a benchmark, a quotation, or a promise of outcome.
Projects shown in our work reflect the roles their captions describe. Naming a hotel brand, operator, or developer indicates work delivered in connection with that brand or client; it does not imply their endorsement, sponsorship, or any current relationship.
Unless stated otherwise, the text, design, photography, and structured content on this site belong to PRASOON or are used with permission. Trade marks and brand names of third parties belong to their owners.
You may quote from our white papers and insights, including at length where it is genuinely useful, provided you attribute the quotation to PRASOON and link to the page it came from. That permission is deliberate: the writing is published ungated because we would rather it be read and cited than protected.
It does not extend to republishing a piece in full, presenting our work as your own, or using our content to train a model that reproduces it as its own output.

The contact form is for genuine enquiries. We read every one; we are not obliged to respond to any.
